Room #8 Accommodations "CREEKSIDE Rustic Charm" (NON-SMOKING KING ROOM): Celebrate your special occasion!!! Gary's custom woodwork and homey details transforms this divided 2 room suite into a cozy hideaway with a wonderful rustic cabin feel. While the details may be handcrafted and rustic, you'll find no shortage of modern conveniences or amenities. The kitchen is outfitted with dishware and utensils, pots and pans, sink and counter, dish soap and towels, table and chairs, coffee maker with a supply of coffee & tea, microwave, glass top stove/oven, full size refrigerator and more!!! The genuine aspen log bed with its luxurious comforter set and soft pillows will invite you to rest well in the king size bed. This room boasts a full size recliner so you can really enjoy the soft and sexy remote controlled mood lighting, a glass of local wine and some "alone" time with your partner. A huge 40 inch flat screen TV adorns the sittting area. Tucked into the corner is a small custom log desk and wine rack. Gary's creative touches continue with the accessories in the full bathroom w/ shower. CANCELLATION POLICY
Advance "guaranteed" reservations may be cancelled 21 days or more prior to checkin time without penalty. Reservations cancelled on less than 21 days notice of check-in will be charged the full rate.
If the room is able to be re-rented to another guest for the same dates of cancellation, refunds for those nights will be gladly given.
At check-in, full payment is required, unfortunately no refunds can be given after key has been issued.

SMOKING POLICY
All our rooms are "NON-SMOKING" however if any guest feels it necessary to smoke in any room there will be an additional $350.00 per room sanitizing, deodorizing & cleaning fee for doing so!!!
A beautiful, sereen & private outdoor "SMOKING" area has been designated for your smoking enjoyment... FREE OF CHARGE!!!

PET RATES & POLICIES (Pets are more than welcome here with us provided they have kennels & leashes)
$20 per night per pet.
$100 deposit to cover cleaning expenses for pet stains and soiling.
Deposit is 100% refundable if no incidents occur, damage may require additional repair charges.
Unfortunately, pets cannot be left alone and unattended in rooms.
