CANCELLATION POLICY
Advance "guaranteed" reservations may be cancelled 21 days or more prior to checkin time without penalty. Reservations cancelled on less than 21 days notice of check-in will be charged the full rate. If the room is able to be re-rented to another guest for the same dates of cancellation, refunds for those nights will be gladly given.
At check-in, full payment is required, unfortunately no refunds can be given after key has been issued.

SMOKING POLICY
All our rooms are "NON-SMOKING" however if any guest feels it necessary to smoke in any room there will be an additional $350.00 per room sanitizing, deodorizing & cleaning fee for doing so!!!
A beautiful, sereen & private outdoor "SMOKING" area has been designated for your smoking enjoyment... FREE OF CHARGE!!!

PET RATES & POLICIES
$10 per night per pet.
$100 deposit to cover cleaning expenses for pet stains and soiling.
Deposit is 100% refundable if no incidents occur, damage may require additional repair charges.
